点评:What a magnificent looking house dated 17th-century timber-framed building Built in 1621 once a butchers shop and a old Lloyd’s bank also a fishmongers and hardware shop , downstairs is a nice little shop selling children’s gifts and fridge magnets pens pencils etc .se was served a pleasant man with lots of knowledge and purchased gifts at a good price ,it’s such a lovely timber framed building lots of beams and artifacts to look at and some to try on ,for a reasonable entry fee of £4 was well worth the 3 floors of nice things to see from history on the top floor their is a lovely embroidered spreaded top blankets with animals and wildlife embroidered and a lovely long pillow also embroidered which was our favourite item by far all done locally by volounteers ,my only slight annoyance was being followed by a member of staff and she does tell you off if you touch the items that state do not touch and rightly so but not any need to belittle you the was she does was a accident to touch did not see the sign to start with then she proceeded to follow us until we went back down to the gift shop
