Beautiful, full of history, worth the money
Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve的点评
点评:We arrived on a Wednesday at 10:29am and there was a long line of school buses and cars filing into the park. We spent $32 for admission (adult and military discount tickets) Once we reached the museum we were directed to the overflow #2 parking only 29 minutes after they opened, so get there early! We spent a good portion of the day, we ended up leaving around 1:30pm. We viewed the museum and contents, could have taken more rime, but was overwhelmed by the chaos of the different groups of kids there on field trips. Ate at the Ptairie Dome Cafe, $35 for 2 bbq bison sandwiches and fries (which was exceptionally good and worth it). After we ate we decided to try the walking trails. We got about 1/2 way through the Outlaw Loop and could not distinquish trail from grassland and did not prep with OFF, so we turned around and walked to the Princess Falls. Its a beautiful place and I think worth the price/experience. There was lots to see and take in that we cut short. The walking trail was exceptionally nice, just wish they would have maintained the rest of the Outlaw Loop so we could have continued.
