点评：I need to share a bad experience at City airport Shoreham Oct 24 with the private company One Parking Solution ....They rejected the appeal when i was delayed with sick child for 21mins,the fine £ 60 was returned , they demanded £170 within 8 weeks....not legal or fair trading and extorinate!...with one focus to extort huge fines and mislead motorists..they fine from entry and exit not allowing time for ticket machine..they lease the land from council and had contract removed for similar acts at Peachaven by Greggs on coast road 2022. There is a Code of Practice in Parliament re laws around private car parks to enforce fair practice, but it is on temporary hold at present. All that is required is good signage, like the council signage and respect for legitimate appeals if someone is ill ...this company plays on fear using threatening letters and use a second company to send letters...and no more. They empathised in writing I paid £60 they returned the money order and demanded £170 ..the manager of airport was sympathetic and tried to reason with this private Worthing company ONE PARKING SOLUTION...they do not enhance the reputation of the lovely Art Deco airport
I read other similar reviews from disabled people and others who fell victim to this company and said their disabled badges were not recognised and they got fines.
Signage has tiny writing ...in comparison to our fair Council car parks with lower fines and respect for genuine appeals .....
ONE PARKING SOLUTION provides no way to speak with anyone and appears dismissive and is only focused on profit.
I read other similar reviews from disabled people and others who fell victim to this company and said their disabled badges were not recognised and they got fines.
