点评:Booked a table outside online.
When we turned up the guy at the front had a piece of paper with what looking like bookings scribbled on.
He said “have you booked a table?”
We said yes, online and told him the name.
He said “oh, well I don’t have a record of it”
I showed him the booking ref and email and he said “oh well we’re full. There may be a table inside. “
I thought perhaps he hadn’t heard me or misunderstood and said I have booked a table and have a reference.
He said “I get that but the tables are full but you can have a look inside.”
We did end up finding a table inside as we’d driven and the children were hungry.
Food was great hence the 3 stars, but the service initially was not.
I’m not really sure what the point of the booking is? They didn’t seem to understand something had messed up and were not apologetic nor helpful.

我不太明白预订的目的是什么?他们似乎不明白出了什么问题,既没有道歉,也没有提供帮助。
