点评：Names excluded. Was met by young English speaking guy with a positive attitude. Good Briefing performed by him. Introduced to our divemaster, old guy, who didn’t say hello or anything and only spoke French - not a good start when the company advertises English speaking. At the diving spot, no interest in us by him. We did the body check without his involvement- but not thoroughly enough it showed. Well in the water we gave ok- sign and descended to approx. 15 meters where the tour began. On the way down one of the regulators bites fell off and I had troubles keeping the water out. I therefore informed old guy that I had shifted to the emergency regulator. No reactions from him so I decided to continue as I could use the other as a reserve- only to see my wife signaling that she was going to the surface. Old guy followed us to the surface after I signaled him. At the surface my wife coughed heavily and explained that she got water in the regulator too probably due to damaged bites. He encouraged us to continue the dive using the emergency regulators but the bites on mine were also damaged and my wife didn’t feel well. He got angry and went down to the other couple after we had entered the boat. When they came back after their dive, old guy was still angry with us and asked no questions to my wife's wellbeing. Talking to the other couple I saw that also his bites were half broken. I will strongly advise this company to improve their safety standard and check their rental gear thoroughly - as we as users should have done too.
