点评：Horrible experience, the two elderly ladies that work there one Marina, and the other elderly has blond died hair are unfriendly, unhelpful, and to be honest seem tired of running the business. This used to be a nice store, it is still nice, but if you live in the area its a nice place to visit, but do yourself a favor, its not worth the drive anymore if you live out of the west island. Their selection this year was horrible, compared to last year, and the owners say it was supplier issues, this year, whereas the Zone across the street had amazing selection, I guess they had no supply issues. I think its more the owners horrible attitude, I seriously think her business is too much for her even another customer I met while waiting outside, said the same thing, It maybe be time to hand it over to her grand children, or a younger generation so they could retire and rest. Do yourself a favor is you want beautiful things, and a much friendlier staff, go across the street to the Zone, I am sure the owners frustrations are due to this wonderful store that opened up just across the street, the Zone.. The employees at the Zone have a much friendlier attitude, they are more flexible with their policies and you feel the owners really care about their customers. They rather keep their customers happy to retain their clientele rather than just follow a bunch of rules, which by the way can be broken, if you are generally a happy customer oriented owner. Its too bad that this store changed for the worse, staff make all the difference when you walk into a store. They should seriously retire, its time!.
