点评：We had a pleasant tour with an excellent guide and we enjoyed looking around at the interesting historical displays. We bought several pretty gift boxes of nicely scented soaps, and then came back the day before leaving France to buy more soaps. During this visit, I had a strange encounter with the cashier. I put the box of soaps totaling 11,40 euro by the register. I initially set down a 10 euro bill and a 2 euro coin on the counter, but indicated that I wanted to give her 1,40 euro in coins instead of using the 2 euro coin because I wanted to return home with minimal coins. While my head was down briefly counting coins in my hand, she took the 12 euro and then placed 60 centimes change on the counter. I showed her that I had the exact change, but she replied that the transaction was over and it couldn't be done differently. A lack of customer service over such a simple matter left a less favorable impression. (Speaking French, there was no language barrier and there were no other customers in the shop.
