Charged for 4 people, when only 2 showed up and played. CANNOT CONTROL EMERGENCIES

点评：So, on March 8th, 2025, I decided to book a tee time on GOLFNOW for an outing at the course for four people. When I arrived at the course, I found out that the other two people could not make it. One had a back problem and the other had a family emergency. The person at the desk acknowledged that I informed him and said he would take care of it. I said thank you and was on my way to enjoying a great round of golf. The course was in great shape, but the pace of play was a little slow understandably for a Saturday. Today, March 12th, I received an email from Golfnow informing me that the course will be charging me the cost for two additional players, the ones who could not make it. I immediately called the Bloomingdale Golf Course and explained to them my situation and they told me to call GOLFNOW, knowing that GOLFNOW has nothing to do with them charging me. I called GOLF NOW and they referred me back to Bloomingdale Golf Club and said to speak to the manager and he may be able to help you. So, I called Bloomingdale golf club to speak to the manager and he said he could not do ANYTHING for me. I am SOL. I explained to him that although the other two guys did not show up, two other gentlemen who also were by themselves joined us at 7:45 tee time. I believe the Bloomingdale GOLF Club should refund me my $156, or they will lose another customer. It is about customer service.
