点评：Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, NEVER AGAIN!
We were in a room near the strip, loud music every night, asked for a move to a quieter room, reception staff were very helpful, but we were told we needed to speak to the manager, that is where things went from bad to worse! She was rood, dismissive, totally unhelpful, detached from any empathy, refused to move us! As we usually go to bed at 11ish, the music went on until 1am EVERY NIGHT! We are early risers so ended up having less than 3hrs sleep every night, not a happy stressful relaxing holiday that we were expecting, the cleanliness of the room was poor, dirty toilet, bath not cleaned every day, sheets don’t fit so move every time you do.
This was the worst holiday I have ever experienced, total shame as the hotel had some real potential, pool great, all other staff fine, food ok, bar drinks great.
