Greensboro Science Center的点评
点评：We went here for the penguin encounter. This experience was booked online. GSC's website made it appear to be optional to purchase a ticket for the center on top of the experience cost. (We have been to GSC before and did not wish to tour there today.) We arrived at 3 to check in for our experience and were refused entrance to our repurchase experience (cost of $240) unless we spent an additional $80 for admitance to the center. (This was also with the knowledge we would only have approximately 25-30 minutes after our penguin experience before the center closed.) We also asked if we could have comp tickets for another day since we would not have time to experience the center; this was denied. The penguin experience lasted appximately 60 minutes and therefore cost $320 . I was very disappointed by the customer service provided by management. (Staff checked with management twice.)
