Twice so far this season, 2/21 and 1/16/25 , two very different experiences.

点评：My first use with my Epic pass was a weekday from 12:30 to 4pm where I solo’d fifteen runs. It was sunny then snowing. There were no lines. It was the right amount of skiing for my legs.
The second trip with two friends, was from 9am until 1pm and during kids vacation week. The temp was ten degrees and the wind nasty on the upper and leftmost trails. It was fast, some slopes were hard and crusty and the wind would blow the loose snow in sections.
The lodge was to warm up and to eat from 10:30 to noon. It was so packed they should have opened the upstairs earlier. The chicken sandwich burger and fries was $20 with the Epic discount. After only ten runs, my legs were ready for more, but despite bluebird conditions, because the bubble lifts weren’t running, we ran. Because it’s “free” now that my kids paid $600 for the weekday Northeast pass, I’ll likely be back because it’s closest, but next week I’ll drive father to Stowe, and make sure to visit Sunapee. My sights are on Attitash and Wildcat but I have a couple of Waterville Valley passes to use as well. A drive to Hunter in New York could take place to get my total of ski areas contoured to fifty one.
