点评：I used to think the centre was nice until I went one day for coffee and it was very busy and overcrowded and I tripped over the metal chair legs which seemed to be tangled up with all the other chair legs as I got up to go to the Ladies. I broke my wrist , very badly and have been out of action for four months. The centre filled in the accident book and phoned for an ambulance for me . My husband was called for and says it was so overcrowded he had difficulty getting to me. I have heard nothing from the centre since. It would have been good to have had a kind word from them asking how I was as I am just up the road. All in all I would say this was a terrible upsetting experience and the centre should review it's accident book policy and contact people afterwards especially when they have been negligent like this.
