点评：My family and I embarked on a journey from the Cayman Islands to experience a picturesque white Christmas. Approximately two months prior, I diligently secured six passes for our anticipated mountain adventure. Upon our arrival at the destination, we encountered an unexpected setback. To our dismay, we were informed that my 6-year-old daughter exceeded the height limit for the double tube ride, with no availability of single tubes for an alternative arrangement. Surprisingly, despite the presence of ample single tubes visibly unutilized. We were also denied the option to take turns using the only two single tubes we had reserved. They also refused to allow my daughter to take off her snow boots to re-measure her being that they do add height.
Regrettably, the proposed resolution by the supervisor or manager proved to be inadequate and unaccommodating. It was disheartening to observe several other families facing similar challenges, evidently stemming from a lack of clarity on the website regarding height restrictions for children and their corresponding tube options.
