点评:Had our 7yr old son signed up for lessons at Big Boulder. One of the days, he had a lesson it was forecasted to be cold and rainy. I called Big Boulder the night before and morning of with no answer. Finally got a recording that they were closed for the day. We decided they were closed and didn't want to torture our child with the weather while trying to learn. Following week, found out only 2 out of 20ish kids showed up on the rainy day and my son's instructor wasn't even there. Staff said they were open regardless. Asked staff about makeup/ refund and they said they will have someone call me. Another week, another lesson, same answer. They blamed it on Vail. So I start emailing people. I emailed Vail, they said its up to JFBB. JFBB told me that they only communicate via email or social media. They don't use the phone even though it states to call them for last minute changes. When they respond to email, they don't list their names so you have no idea who you are talking to. They refuse to try to resolve the problem.
