点评：If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased tickets for the events, waited in line for hours only to have a lightning strike cause a 30 minute delay… totally understandable. One lightning strike turned into a storm. We requested a refund but were told that in order to receive a refund, there had to be three hours of rain before 2:00. It was 1:00, so no chance of that happening. We were actually told that they “ almost never close the mountain due to rain”( the only way to get a refund).We were offered a store credit but no stores were opened because of a power outage, although the power outage was not enough cause to warrant a refund. We had one day in the area so we were out $$$. DO NOT go here for the “ summer activities “ unless you have multiple days to potentially redeem your credit in the case of a bad weather delay or closure.
