There were no employees managing the lines, making the wait even more frustrating. To make matters worse, I couldn't find a lodge with bathrooms and tables for guests who packed their lunch. If I’m paying for a full-day ticket, I should have access to a warm, accessible space to take a break. Instead, my friends and I had to go into a restaurant where we were told the wait was 90 minutes. It was a chaotic mess.
Additionally, Snowshoe should update its website as conditions change and, at the very least, provide better customer service when things go wrong. Instead, I was met with dismissive employees and a total lack of organization. I will never return, and I highly recommend others avoid wasting their time and money here.
