点评：We were really looking forward to our visit but this was short lived, we arrived to a dirty caravan, stains everywhere and a plaster floating in the hot tub. We arrived at night and noticed two of the main spot lights weren’t working.
We have two young children with us one of which is scared of the dark, it wasn’t ideal as we only had the tv for light. I reported the issues via the app and when we returned late afternoon there was a card to say it had been fixed. When we tried them that night the staff had clearly just swapped the two bulbs that were working to the ones that weren’t, I reported it again to be told they didn’t have the lights in and had to order them. They wouldn’t be till the following week.
I explained we leave on Sunday and have two young children and how dark the caravan was. On our last night some one dropped off the world’s smallest lamp.
The caravan was meant to be superior and pet free. The carpet was covered in dog hairs and Imthis really was the worst caravan we’ve ever stayed in.
We booked swimming in advance so did get a spot, however the lady on the swimming leisure reception was really rude, her attitude and manner were awful. So much so our little boy didn’t want to go the following day because of the woman on the desk. This was reported at guest services along with the above, they just noted it down and we haven’t heard anything since, highly disappointing
Save your time and money and go else where
