点评：We are in Rockstar lodge number 8.
The lodge itself is warm and clean. A few minor issues on decor- ripped carpet, dirty plates and cutlery- fine we can was those. I had to go to the coop and buy a kettle descale as it was unusable. The main issue is- no WiFi at all. We received a message to say free WiFi on one device, then you pay for the rest. Per device- per day- however we have no WiFi at all!
Plus the Smart tv does not work.
No Netflix- no apps nothing. We have a few tvs and none of this works on any of them. Apart from a few terrestrial channels and even then the signal seams to be intermittent.
So no tv, no internet.
My other observation is most of the staff around site are very abrupt and not very helpful or friendly- there is limited information when you check in and no information in the lodge. When you ask staff a straight forward question they act like you are an inconvenience to them. I feel this is a management problem. They need to offer more training in customer care. The staff seem very miserable. Also we constantly get different information from different staff members - such as ‘ can I walk my dog through the arcade to the leisure desk’ - guest service yes. Arcade - no- leisure service- yes if you carry him. Which one is it then?!!
Everything here feels soulless- the food, the service- the atmosphere- the amenities.
We have 2 days left. We will use this lodge as a base and the rest of the time spend no time around the site because it’s disappointing.
The setting is lovely- peaceful- relaxing. Such a shame the other things spoil the experience.

这里的一切都让人感觉毫无生气——食物、服务、氛围、设施。
我们还剩两天时间。我们会把这家旅馆当作落脚点，剩下的时间不会再去其他地方逛了，因为这里太令人失望了。
这里的环境很美——宁静祥和——让人放松。可惜其他方面都太糟糕了，毁了这次体验。
