点评：Island is infested with rubbish. Lovely food but smelly & blocked river/ seaway. Lots of mosquitoes. Only 1 clinic, insufficient healthcare services to support residents & tourists. Not suitable for vacation but more suitable if you are into cleaning up the river/ sea environment.
Checkin Sealion Hotel. Very business minded family. Hotel owner will say anything to get you to checkin, including boat ride into the sea which is nothing amazing, regular feeding eagles, fish farm, no dolphins 😂. Suggest to explore than only make the decision which hotel/ homestay to try out. There are lots of homestay available inside.
Food is good, crab was interesting. There are still some locals cooking hawker food. But the island is filled by Indonesians, it’s like another small island for Indo. Overall people are friendly.
Although island is powered by electric bikes but it’s still polluted with rubbish at every corner. Rubbish thrown into the sea next the where residents live, rubbish thrown into the sea next to where you will eat (restaurants). Air is polluted. Overall it’s not worth the time & not suitable as a vacation destination. Suitable for environmentalists who wants to clean up rives, sea & air, plus educate residents on green environment. Not suitable for regular vacation for relaxation & exploration unless you want to compromise on the quality of breathing polluted air
