Hidden Lake Gardens的点评
点评：Hidden Lake is a beautiful garden and arboretum on 755 acres. While it contains some beautiful garden areas, it is primarily an arboretum. It is definitely worth visiting. One should allow about 4 hours to visit this property, unless you intend to walk a number of the trails, in which case it would take longer. There is a nice picnic area but no restaurant. However, one may reenter simply by showing your receipt.
On arrival, the first thing that we did was drive to the parking lot for the newly opened Skywalk, as we were told that it would get busy fairly quickly. From the parking area, it is about a half mile walk along the Gruel Nature Trail and a similar distance back.
The gardens in the Conservatory are relatively small but very nice. This is a big property and much of it must be seen by car (or by walking on one of the trails).
