Splash & Fun Water Park的点评
点评：We went to the Splash&Fun Water Park near the end of the season (mid-Oct). The website doesn't allow you to buy a ticket online, so we ventured there to see if it was open. We used the local bus service to get there, which dropped us off right outside the park ready for the 10am opening. Unfortunately, the half day option was only available in the afternoon at 1pm, so we left and came back then. A little annoying that it wasn't clear on their website but never mind, no harm done.
On our return, there were no crowds or queues. We paid €16.50 per adult and children under 3yrs old are free. There were plenty of deck chairs, mainly in shaded areas and others limited for the sun worshippers!
The water was clean (but very salty) and the slides good fun! The staircases up to the slides were a little rusty in some areas and the decking was coming apart but it all felt safe enough and everyone looked like they were having great fun!
The wave pool was brilliant as per the face of the 2yr old in our party... It really boosted her confidence in the water.
It's not a big water park but there's enough to keep all ages entertained - especially the younger ones! There also weren't enough rubber rings for the slides or lazy river, especially considering it wasn't busy. But perhaps that's the reason! 🤷🏻♀️
Overall, this was a good half day out and gave us a few good laughs! Oh and the food wasn't too bad either! Some items were a little pricey but is to be expected for a place like this.
