Family run knowledgeable boat trip to Staffa and Iona.

点评：We booked a few months in advance.
We sadly got a not so good day after the glorious weather we did have. But the boat still sailed and we got off on the island.
The staff were extremely helpful and warned us the travel could be choppy. They were happy to refund if you don't think your stomach could take it.
Fishing macs were available on boat and lots of information.
We rolled over the sea to Staffa. It wasn't too bad.
When we arrived we had 1hr 10mins on the island. You would be surprised how fast that time goes. We sat with the inquisitive Puffins before attempting to walk to the caves. Sadly, time and weather ment we never got to the caves. It was slippy and people were walking back from the caves made it very difficult with children 12y old was fine but 8yr old was struggling.
The boat journey was rougher on the way back. But we made it with out . I did give my daughter a travel sickness tablet and bands as she was more nervous.
We got off at Iona which was beautiful. Worth a visit.
