点评：MYRA CANYON BICYCLE RENTALS -We were looking forward to a great biking experience as recommended by friends in Kelowna. We ordered an uber to MYRA CANYON BICYCLE RENTALS. We added the MYRA CANYON BICYCLE RENTALS company name to the uber app and headed out. 45 mins later (+-$65) we arrived at our destination which was a residential street. The owners home? We then called MYRA CANYON BICYCLE RENTALS. They told us that 'that happens all the time with Uber'. In fact (they told us), the route to MYRA CANYON BICYCLE RENTALS was a gravel road and uber drivers would refuse to pick us up at the end of the day (anyway). The owner on the phone refused to give us a $100.80 refund when we found out that it would cost another $85 to uber there from the MYRA CANYON BICYCLE RENTALS owners home. He again told us that 'that happens all the time with Uber' and there are no 'same day' refunds. Really disappointing. We are out $65 and would have had to spend another $85 to get to MYRA CANYON BICYCLE RENTALS from the owners home...and $100.80 from MYRA CANYON BICYCLE RENTALS. As an owner, the gentleman could have refunded the bike cost of $100.80 for bikes that we DID NOT use. WE would still appreciate the refund. ( June 29/25-rental #5941 for $100.80).
