点评：Met with close family yesterday, very busy. Went to order breakfast or lunch and the lady serving said very bluntly, in an unpleasant tone, we were too late to order from the breakfast menu as they finish promptly at 11.45 am, fair enough, it was then exactly 11.45 am. The people ordering before me were slow and other people with them kept coming to the counter to order additional stuff. When it was eventually my turn to order & we were too late for breakfast, I asked to order toasted sandwiches from the lunch menu and was told very bluntly I couldn’t order until 12 noon, she was extremely unhelpful, rude, miserable and has no customer service skills whatsoever! Having been there a few times previously she had the same attitude. I met ex work colleagues and we had a table with 4 chairs and were waiting for another friend so we put a chair at the end of our table, not blocking anything, she came over to move the chair & we said we’re waiting for somebody to arrive, she put the chair back and proceeded to totally ignore us, no apology or comment whatsoever! She’s unbelievably rude, if she’s that unhappy about working there go elsewhere. She’s a short plump woman with grey, straight hair scraped back into a short ponytail. Her manner with customers is so awful we’ve decide not to return because of her disgusting attitude. The other staff are very nice.
