点评：Very disappointing experience.
I asked several questions before booking and was repeatedly referred back to the FAQs on the website, which I had already read thoroughly. That was the reason I was asking how to place an order for specific pieces, not what the pieces were.
When I asked if photos of the pieces could be sent so we could pre-order before our session, I was told that we could choose on the day instead. However, when we arrived, many of the pieces listed in the FAQs were not available. The items we specifically wanted to paint, such as the Christmas baubles, were not available at all.
Because not all of the advertised pieces were actually there, we were left having to choose from whatever was left rather than what we had planned for. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially after being reassured beforehand.
Overall, the communication was unhelpful and the experience did not meet expectations.
