We had such a wonderful experience at Bootleggers Homemade Wine in Gatlinburg, located in Old Smoky Holler, with Landon, aka Puddin Pop! From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home.
Our tasting was so much fun! Landon kept us laughing the entire time and was such a good sport while listening to the playful banter between my husband and me. He even laughed at all of my husband’s jokes and that definitely tells you something about his customer service skills! 😂
I was also very impressed with Landon’s knowledge of wine. He was friendly, engaging, and did a fantastic job explaining everything while making the experience enjoyable and relaxed. His customer service skills were excellent, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time.
Bootleggers Homemade Wine was the perfect setting for a fun and memorable tasting experience in Gatlinburg. Landon was a wonderful part of our visit, and we can’t wait to come back and see him again.
