We happenstanced upon this location while exploring Sandusky; and of course, we only stopped because of this establishment's historic significance (oldest Ohio dairy).
However, since we were there anyway; we just had to check-out their offerings.
The facility is clean and well-maintained; with an engaging old-school ice-cream parlor ambiance.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.
We shared a large hot-fudge sundae, with chocolate and coconut ice-cream (though, in retrospect, hot-fudge on double dark-chocolate ice cream was almost too rich...emphasize "almost").
Though outside seating is available; being rather warm, we opted to eat inside.
Finding this little haven of indulgence was a real treat. There are only two times when one should have ice-cream; when one is happy, and when one is not.
