Wonderful Wine Tour in Wonderful Weather!

点评：Having wanted to visit here since last holidaying in Cornwall at Christmas we were determined to ensure we got to do it on our annual anniversary trip this week and it was the perfect way to celebrate our special day.
John the owner is very passionate, driven and dedicated to this business and this shone through in the tour we were fortunate enough to have with him with the regular lady being away. Accompanied by young Owen with his clipboard who was eager to learn and full of enthusiasm and pleasantries it made for a very enjoyable afternoon exploring the vineyard.
The grounds were well looked after and there was a plethora of vines all with different varieties of wine to see as well as an orchard where they grow apples for making cider. The site is well kept and looked after and all the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. In addition to the vineyard there is a lovely cafe and gift shop and we got to sample 5 of the wines we had heard about.
The wines were all delicious and it was hard to pick a favourite but it was a really fun afternoon learning and getting involved with a nice bunch of people scoring and making notes on all the different flavours and tastes. Highly recommend and would visit again in the future!
