Very very poor VIP
Thruxton Circuit的点评
点评：I was extremely disappointed with the VIP experience at Thruxton Circuit. In my opinion, it simply wasn't worth the £249 ticket price.
The so-called VIP viewing area only overlooked a single corner of the circuit—you couldn't even see the start/finish straight. While complimentary drinks were available throughout the day, that alone didn't justify the cost. Even the VIP wristbands felt cheap, with no VIP lanyards provided, and there were only two male toilets for the entire hospitality area.
The catering was also very poorly organised. There were 16 tables of around 10 people each, yet it took almost an hour before our table was called for food. By the time we reached the buffet, much of the food had already gone. I even recorded a video showing how little was left, although unfortunately I'm unable to upload it here.
To make matters worse, we were told there was a strict dress code—no shorts and no hats. However, during the day we counted eight men wearing shorts and five wearing baseball caps, with no apparent action taken. If you're going to enforce rules, they should apply to everyone consistently.
There were nine of us in our group, and we all came away feeling disappointed. The only thing that made the day enjoyable was spending time with good friends.
Sadly, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend the VIP experience to others.
