600 steps without prior warning

点评：We went as part of a tour group. We were warned that the cave would be claustrophobic and that there was a walk to the cave. We were however not warned that there are 600 steps, with 146 of them being at the very end of the tour. There should be a warning of this before paying and entering the cave. As soon as we paid and the door behind us closed, it was said. The tour itself was rushed. I didn't hear anything the guide said, apart from the very beginning, before we started walking. We managed a third of the tour, where we were then given the option to turn around. Another man had already turned around before then. It should be taken into consideration to warn about the steps beforehand. It feels intentional so that payment is taken and tickets are non refundable. I have been to many caves and it has never been this strenuous before. The steps were more spread out and easier to follow the tour, giving more time. The cave itself, or the parts I saw of it was beautiful,but we could not complete the tour.
