The worst service I have ever had.

点评：Firstly, I totally object to you adding 18% tip for 6 people. I normally tip between 20%-25% for GOOD SERVICE. This waitress we had was horrible. We were sitting at our table waiting for my daughter and her husband to come. We waiting at least 10-15 minutes before she even came to give us water or coffee. We ran out of cream and I asked her 3 times to fill the little pitcher. That pitcher was still sitting at the end of the table EMPTY when we left.. My daughter-in-law ordered the eggs benedict and specifically asked for runny eggs. When it came, they were hard as rocks. We stopped the waitress and told her and all she said was "well I asked the kitchen to make them runny" and then just walked away. I feel when they know they are going to get 18"% tip, they do not try to make the service better. We will never eat there again. By the way this was my mothers 88th birthday. I wish I would have taken her somewhere else. There were 6 adults and one child in high chair.
