Linn Canyon Ranch的点评
点评：This was the single worst experience I have ever had on vacation. My daughter is an avid horseback rider, and we worked hard to book an appropriate trail riding experience for all three of us. We made contact and booked a lunch ride six weeks prior. They took our credit card number, phone number, and email address. It was expensive, but it was a special thing for our daughter. We showed up the morning of our ride and we’re told with no explanation that it wasn’t happening. We had planned that whole part of our traveling vacation around the ride time. I’m pretty certain they lost our reservation. No call or email. They weren’t particularly apologetic and offered no alternatives. We left very quickly because my husband was very angry and my daughter was very sad. Luckily we found a ranch that was half the price, accommodating, and sympathetic for the next morning and were able to alter the rest of our vacation around it.
