Not so "Luxury Spa" Experience (after all)

点评：This was our third visit to the spa. Unfortunately, it was a not-so-good experience. The less-than-attentive staff seemingly does not care about the rushed experience of the actual massage session.
We got to the spa in plenty of time for the 2:00 p.m. appointment. One of the rooms was not staffed, and the service started later than the scheduled time. Mind you, this was not your run-of-the-mill massage. We had contracted for an 80-minute massage that ended up being more like a 70-minute session. From start to finish, the attendant seemed rushed and uncaring about the services that she was providing.
If you are in the mood for continued door banging and noise around you, this may be an excellent place to go. Unfortunately, when we go for a treatment called "Luxurious Spa," priced at $165 for 80 minutes, we expect a moment of relaxation and quietness.
So now, for the best part. Have you ever gone into a locker room to change and shower and found that the place has not been kept in hours? Finding a dirty washcloth and hair rinse from a previous customer on the shelf next to the toiletries is unacceptable. Neither is the disarray of the facility with the full bins (used sandals/robes). Neither is finding NO toilet paper in one of the stalls. I can look past the uninvited lizard who decided to take a shower with me; I cannot look past the level of service. At least ten different associates were in the location when we walked in. Do you think someone may be in charge of upkeep?
We have loved coming to Bella Colina in the past. However, we are opting to give them a rest until the service improves.
