White Post farm in Melville New York. To start with the admission price was exorbitant and definitely unattainable for a normal middle class family. After that every single thing you want to do is all a la carte. Be it a pony ride or feeding the animals or having a pony ride and so on-- everything-- the price was out of sight! Again, especially if you're dealing with a family of say four. The manager gave me a very hard time about bringing in my 14 lb service animal who was in a stroller and unable to bark. He begin interrogating me about why I needed the animal and started double talking me when I told him to read his own website which said it allowed service animals. Also, I told him it was the law. I will never, ever go back! Worst of all the animals are kept in these little pens, not a natural habitat. So between the exorbitant prices and the terrible management encounter I would say stay away from White Post Farm!
