Awful experience, rude staff, no refund when told we were not allowed to race

点评：What an utter shambles of an organisation! Incredibly disappointing experience from what should have been a fun, enjoyable afternoon with a bunch of 15 friends. After driving an hour and a half from Devon, we were greeted with a ‘wet track’ which in truth wasn’t in fact wet, as we were allowed to go on track for a 15 minute practice, which was fine, no issues at all. However, we were then told that I was too wet to continue our prepaid allotted track time. Staff were incredibly rude, belittling experienced drivers, refusing to give us an of our money back. With no refund, no experience, and rude, arrogant staff, who evidently didn’t even want to be there, which was made clear when they were coming out with every excuse under the sun as to why we couldn’t race. Safe to say, after spending £1000, over an hour on the road to get there, to receive nothing, we will not be returning, and would pass the suggestion not to waste any time or money to be treated in the same way we have this afternoon.
