Smithills Open Farm的点评
点评：We had an absolutely fantastic day (mother's day) despite the horrible weather. (It wasn't due to rain until 1/2 but it actually began around 11 and continued for what felt like ages.)
We arrived and enjoyed the generously sized parking spots. The entrance experience was very good, quick and easy.
The animals are well cared for and the place is clean and tidy. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Lots of animals to see both inside and out.
Events board is when you come in so I recommend looking at that because everything we went to was fantastic.
The critter and owl talk (where you see the animals closer) was brilliant and both members of staff (Maisie and Louie/Louis) were fantastic a real asset to your team. He was entertaining, knowledgeable and made it interesting. They gave you time to look at the animals and really went out of their way to make our day brilliant. Little things like stopping in front of our youngest so she could look and watch the animals too. Highlight of my day was the owl show.
Pet corner we did twice because my little girl loved it and asked to go a second time. Brilliant system that worked so well.
Donkey rides. The lady on there at 2.30 (blonde hair with a braid in) was lovely. My daughter was desperate to ride the donkeys even in the horrible weather, and despite having to go out in the miserable rain, the lady was happy and kind making sure she had a brilliant time.
We had pre purchased tractor ride tickets but thought better of it given the weather. So can't comment.
It was too wet for the parks so again can't comment.
Food. Ice cream delicious! Recommend. Cafe food was reasonably priced and nice. Their homemade pasties were delicious. Cakes we didn't think were very nice. They looked way better than they tasted.
Will definitely be back.

骑驴。下午2:30的那位女士（金发，扎着辫子）非常可爱。我女儿即使在糟糕的天气里也执意要骑驴，尽管不得不冒着瓢泼大雨，那位女士依然热情友好，确保她玩得开心。
我们之前买了拖拉机票，但考虑到天气，就放弃了。所以无法评价。
公园里太湿了，所以也无法评价。
食物。冰淇淋很好吃！推荐。咖啡馆的食物价格合理，味道也不错。他们自制的馅饼很美味。蛋糕我们觉得不太好吃。看起来比吃起来好多了。
肯定会再来的。
