Cool refreshing oasis but can get busy

点评：We visited mid week in May, so managed to miss the crowds but was still quite busy.
We drove to the location and parked in one of the many pay car parks nearby.
Word of warning: The carpark guy directed me to park my car in a shady spot under a tree....great I thought until I returned and found the tree had dropped sap all over my car, almost impossible to get off the paintwork.
Entrance fee to the falls is nice and cheap.
The walk to the falls is quite difficult, particularly when walking in a queue of people, so be warned, wear sensible footwear, suggest water shoes.
The water is so refreshing. I was surprised how many my people just stood on the banks and watched.
As you progress upstream the water gets quite deep, certainly over 6 feet.
It was well worth the swim as the further up stream you go, the fewer people there are.
There are also picnic areas you can stop and eat a picnic.
It's a great place to visit but pick your time to avoid crowds.
