点评：I booked the cruise for myself and my dog not expecting the July heatwave. From the start everyone was so friendly and accommodating with refreshments available along the 2hr return trip taking in the lovely views and listening to the history of the canal. This was my first trip on a barge and it was really enjoyable. On the return journey nearing the finish I became very hot and got up to get out of the sun - big mistake!! I promptly fainted but was so well cared for by Tim who was the first aider and the other crew members who looked after me until the barge docked. Not only this but, as I had walked into Brecon, Mike and Tim drove me back to my holiday cottage and made sure I was safe before leaving. This was above and beyond including a follow up message the day after - and I am truly grateful. Thank you xxx
