A lovely wellness experience we enjoyed very much!

点评：We spent our holiday at Terme Olimia, staying in Orhidelia, and overall it was a truly wonderful experience. The entire complex is beautifully designed, very well maintained, and offers a wide range of facilities. Everything feels thoughtfully planned, calm, and focused on guest comfort.
Our time in Orhidelia was especially enjoyable – the service is on a very high level, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the wellness facilities are outstanding. It is an ideal place to truly relax and disconnect. The staff throughout the resort were professional, friendly, and attentive.
The apartments are very nice and cozy, but they could benefit from a bit of modernization to better match the high standard of the rest of the resort. In addition, the housekeeping felt rather superficial. When we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned as thoroughly as expected, so we ended up cleaning it ourselves before settling in.
Another point worth mentioning is that although the use of mobile phones in the wellness area is clearly prohibited, this rule is unfortunately not enforced. Many guests were using their phones on the loungers, and some were even taking photos or videos, which felt uncomfortable and took away from the sense of privacy. A staff member regularly checking and reminding guests would greatly improve the experience, as is common practice in many wellness resorts across Europe.
Despite these points, everything else was absolutely lovely, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and still warmly recommend Terme Olimia to anyone looking for a high-quality wellness holiday.
