Buchan Caves - a lovely morning out.

点评：I visited Buchan caves after reading about this area for a long time. I stayed at Lake Entrance and made the trip back to Buchan the next morning, the drive was Ok. The Vics Park Website isn't very good and needs a professional to tidy it up. The website also suggested bookings to be made 24 hrs before visiting to ensure a spot on the guided tour. This was impossible as I arrived at Lakes at 6pm. I decide to make the drive to see if I could get the tour. Once I arrived (early), I was greeted by a lovely lady in the visitors centre. No problem getting in as it was not full - luckily for me. The area is rally beautiful with plenty of lush green camping spots, fire pits, creeks, clean toilets and a camp kitchen complete with an open fire for cold winter nights! The tour wa son time, the lady guide (who didn't give her name) was very informative, knowledgable and got us through safely. I enjoyed this tour. There was an elderly gentelman that obviously knew his rocks, stelligmites etc etc, so I listened to him tell his companions his information so I had two sources of info, which was good! We went inside the Royal cave for about an hour and was enjoyable. Very hot when coming back outside. If you are a camper the sites are lovely and would suit families. On the way back to Lakes entrance - be careful, there is a very steep road, there was a small ravin front of of me slowing me down... Luckily because the police are awaiting at the bottom of the big incline heading down to Nowa Nowa ready for a speeder, this would have been expensive and unpleasant. They are waiting! Other than that scare it was a good morning outing. Nice.
翻译：我早就听说过布坎洞穴，所以决定去看看。我住在湖口镇，第二天早上开车返回布坎，路程还算顺利。维克斯公园的网站不太好，需要专业人士来优化一下。网站还建议提前24小时预订导览团，以确保能参加。但我下午6点才到湖口镇，根本没法预订。于是我决定开车过去看看能不能参加导览团。我到的时候（比预计时间早），游客中心一位和蔼的女士接待了我。因为游客中心人不多，所以很顺利地进去了——真是幸运。这片区域风景优美，有很多绿树成荫的露营地、篝火坑、小溪、干净的厕所，还有一个带壁炉的公共厨房，足够寒冷的冬夜使用！导览团很快就开始了，那位女导游（她没告诉我名字）知识渊博，讲解也很详细，而且带我们安全地参观了整个洞穴。我很喜欢这次旅行。那里有一位老先生，显然对岩石、星石等等非常了解，所以我听他向同伴们讲解，这样我就有了两个信息来源，这很好！我们在皇家洞穴里待了一个小时左右，感觉很不错。出来的时候很热。如果你是露营爱好者，那里的营地很漂亮，适合家庭出行。返回湖区入口的路上要小心，有一段非常陡峭的路，我前面有个小沟，害我减速……幸好警察在通往诺瓦诺瓦的大斜坡底部等着抓超速的，不然就麻烦了，而且罚款也不便宜。他们真的在等着！除了这次小惊险，这真是一次不错的上午郊游。很棒。
