Booked at 2pm to join another family member, payment took at 2pm helicopter Ride at 4.10pm to be at airport for 3.50pm. Meassage on check in possible 60 minute delay.
Get to airport, no one around, wait until 5pm no phone call, decide to leave, to be advised by guy locking up airport adventure 001 last flight at 1.30 decided to postpone all other flights, they left the airport at 3pm.
No contact with any of my party. Until 6.27pm that evening.
Now saying I can't get a refund for a service they new at 1.30pm that they weren't providing that I didn't pay for until 2pm as you need 3 postponements.
Took money for a flight they had already postponed and said delayed at checkout
Would NEVER EVER use this company again.
Even called a helpline and left 2 messages on a voicemail. NEVER even had courtesy to call back. No apology, only email asking to rebook.
No way am I booking with this company
