点评：Scammy trying to get more money out of you at every turn. Bought as Xmas present and had to wait til Sept for first flight (couldn’t make the other offer of Easter Monday). Lots of emails asking if you wanted to pay to upgrade to front / window seat / longer flight, add another person. Flight was nearly an hour late. On sign in was told children under 14 had to be accompanied and I’d have to pay £50 to go with the two 12 year olds. I’d checked the small print before and said it was only 12 and under that needed to be accompanied. She said it was the law. I showed her my booking details that said 12. She had to ask the pilot and he came to talk to the children. Agreed to take them. Maybe not the law then? All having to be negotiated in front of a crowd. Flight itself was good. Afterwards boys were guided to desk where they were printing out photos and giving mini bottles of fizz. Boys were handed photo and asked for £15. Very sneaky way to try to sell more.
