Blue Ridge Community Theater的点评
点评：We traveled to Blue Ridge, Georgia, to stay in a cabin for a week and relax for our 20th wedding anniversary. Before coming into town, we decided to step out of our normal routine and try things that we usually did not. We saw that they had a community theater, and they were putting on a Play / Musical of The Wizard of Oz, so we purchased tickets and went to the theater on Thursday, March 27th, 2025. It's a small community theater with Stadium type seating inside, so there really is not a bad seat in the house. They have concessions, which include bottled sodas and popcorn. But for those who are interested, they also have beer and wine. It was The Wizard of Oz, which was the real reason we chose to do it because at least we would be watching something we were familiar with, and boy, were we surprised and boy were we pleased. We had a really good time and it was a really good show. Did not realize that they could do so much with so little and still bring the entire message of that movie and that book to life. Even along the way, some of the characters really worked the crowd, and for some reason, it just worked. If you're in Blue Ridge for a getaway and you want something to do, you're probably not going to get to see The Wizard of Oz but they are from the time we went through February of 2026 booked for different shows, so I'm sure you will find something to enjoy. Do yourself a favor and go see these folks. You will not be disappointed.
