点评：Interesting site. . . . I arrived early, stopped by the yellow church surrounded by greenery, and headed to the cliff beyond for the start of the steep trail down the cave monastery. Not for the faint-hearted, but there were a number of elderly Moldovans making the ~20-minute trek each way, so clearly wasn't too bad. The cave monastery includes a back room with signage in multiple languages (including English) discussing the history of Tipova (including wildlife and other features).
To get to the start of the waterfall trail, follow the cliff's edge for ~50-75 yards from the left of the start of the cave monastery path. (I made the mistake of trying to cut through from the monastery itself - wouldn't recommend that.) The waterfall hike is ~2-2.5 miles each way and features great scenery and wildlife. Definitely the highlight of my visit. The waterfall itself is pretty small by Scandanavian standards, but still a very peaceful place with benches to read and relax.
