A corker of a coasteering experience in Crantock Bay

点评：Listen... coasteering is the last thing I wanted to do but having been cajoled by friends...I decided to dive on in.
We were a group of 12, a mix of ages (12 - 51) and abilities.
Once kitted out and following a thorough safety briefing, away we went.
I was nervous and scared but Dale and Adam who took us out were absolutely amazing. Their care and attention for each of us was above and beyond. They really know their stuff and that is what makes it such a fantastic experience. They are so warm and encouraging, you completely trust them.
It was such a brilliant experience. We clambered over rocks, swooshed down channels, explored coves and caves and were even treated to an appearance by a seal. For those who wanted (everyone except me!), there was opportunity to jump off rocks, getting progressively higher. And that was what was so heartening about this experience....push your boundaries, but only as far as you want. Do the bits you want to do, or just watch the others!
So thank you Big Green team....an experience I'll never forget!
