Great Tanzania Safari Experience with Roy Safaris

点评：My wife, daughter and I recently visited Tanzania for an incredible Safari Adventure. We started and ended in Arusha and visited Lake Manyara, the Ngorogoro Crater and the Serengeti and were capably guided by Roy Safaris (based in Arusha). The experience started with developing our itinerary which was efficiently and professionally designed and finalized with Shefali in Roy’s main office. She took the time to understand all of the things and places that were important to us and made sure that our experience was everything we wanted.
Our Safari Guide was John Shetui and he was really terrific - his incredible breadth of knowledge and professionalism was top notch (also multi-lingual and spoke excellent English). John made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the whole week, which involved a significant amount of driving/travel and a total of four different lodges. John was great at guiding and balancing the safari drives to make sure we saw all of the wildlife that there was to see and also that everyone was comfortable and able to take breaks when necessary.
We were able to see all of the big five (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino (both black and white) and Cape Buffalo) as well as giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, crocodiles, hippos, wildabeast, warthogs, hyenas, baboons, antelope, impala and more! We all came away with a real appreciation for the tremendous natural wonders that Tanzania has to offer adventure travelers and can’t thank Roy Safaris and John Shetui enough for an experience that we will remember, treasure and reminisce about for the rest of our lives.
