They just didn't show up.

点评：Mixed reviews on this one! The company just...forgot our booking and didn't pick us up?
We were doing a day trip, not a weeklong trip, so a bit outside their usual offerings. Pre trip communication was not great. There was no phone number to contact them, and they never even told us WHERE specifically to meet them for pick up. We emailed them and they showed up after the reminder to pick us up. The kayaking group had already left but they had one guide come back to get us. Carlos was a great kayaker and very helpful, but spoke Spanish, not English, so it was tough to communicate about basic needs.
However, the base camp looked really cool, the cooks made great food and were friendly, and the other guide, Eric, was very helpful and knowledgable about local animals and plants and kayaking in general. We were able to see lots of sea otters, which was fun!
Overall, the camp and organization had an odd feeling of...being off balance or not cohesively led. Like they didn't *quite* know what they were supposed to be doing or nobody was totally in charge? I had a good time, but I'm not sure they can be relied upon to come through when booked.
