点评:We purchased tickets online after calling and questioning the staff about the train ride, they said it's a steam train .. so the day comes October 21.2023 we load up and head out to the train.. it pulls up,it's a diesel train... So I ask three employees if this is the train I'm waiting for,they say yes and I ask why it's not the steam train I was told I would be on... Three different answered from three different people... So I argue back and forth with the staff who decide I'm at fault with this problem.. shortly one of them approach me and tell me his higher up said if I'm so unhappy they would refund me and I could go home..I explained that I booked a room and don't live close, he then asked me where I lived and said it's not that far...so he made us show him on line that the add said steam train and still argued that all 4 of us are wrong with his proof under his nose.. I finally told him to stop approaching me and asked for his name, he claimed John smith... Yeah ok and I'm John Wayne.. anyway his upper hand employee stood and stared me down till I gave him the eye back..the other employee a woman has been hawking me now because I told them I'm reviewing them now... Anyway worst uneven train tracks I've ever been on and a bunch of not consumer friendly workers.. don't waste your time the relaxing train ride you think your going on is very stressful...
