An OK day out - saved by the outdoor slides!

点评：We brought my son (4) and my daughter (1) here in October for a day out. Overall, it was OK. I am not sure we would return - it was a little underwhelming - maybe due to the time of year we visited - and (appreciating it's a farm park) it was very dirty.
The positives for us were that (1) the animals looked happy and well cared for. The staff seemed to genuinely care about the animals. (2) The outdoor slides were fun and (3) the very clear published schedule for the day (this was appreciated and meant we could plan our time there effectively). The staff working on the slides were doing a great job and kept smiling.
We were let down by (1) dirty soft play areas - some equipment was very dirty and past its best (especially the under 3s area) and the 'main' soft play area needed thoroughly cleaning. (2) lack of toilets - there isn't enough toilets / baby change facilities for the number of customers. The toilets also need to be checked and cleaned more regularly. (3) the cafe area (adjacent to the 'main soft play) was also dirty - tables were not being cleared and cleaned quick enough and the carpet was dirty.
