Rundown and not worth the money
London Children's Museum的点评
点评：I saw pictures of the Museum online and it looked like fun. We decided to drive to London from Sarnia and make it a day trip. We arrived at the Museum right as it opened. It was two adults and two toddlers and the cost was 44$. We were told that there would be a school trip coming through and the part of the museum my children were most looking forward too would be closed for almost 2 hours. I have no problem with there being a school trip but if you can't access the best part of the museum for 2 hours then how come we still have to pay full price? My children are young and they can only last about an hour to hour and half. We explored all the other exhibits first but were not impressed. The museum was very rundown. We visited the dinosaur exhibit and all the interactive pieces were missing. We went upstairs to see the school house. There was several chalk boards but no chalk to draw. We went to the 3rd floor and there was a play kitchen with only one single pot and a few pretend foods. There were several kids wanting to play but not enough to even share. The chicken coop had no eggs to pick. The Aboriginal exhibit had a section for fishing but all the poles were broken. They had a section to trace some drawings but again there was no paper or crayons to draw. The place was very dirty and in much need of repairs/upkeep. Needless to say we felt cheated and felt it was a waist of time. We stayed for about 45 minutes and left. We won't be back.
